A New Challenge

Dress - Therapy at House of Fraser
Happy New Year everyone, a little late I know but I’m never on time with anything. I can’t believe the festives are over for another year, and I had to mournfully watch as all the glittery warm decorations in my home were packed away till Santa swings by again in 12 months.
On a more positive note a New Year for me always means new beginnings, and this year is no different. What is different is my approach, I am the worst ever at resolutions, I literally have zero willpower when it comes to restricting myself from anything that I love (cause all the things that are bad, are usually the very things we love…I’m looking at you chocolate!) so I thought, why bother…
Don’t get too shocked, I am planning to make some kind of resolution, but one with a lot more promise than the usual…I will drink water…I will never be late…I will go to bed earlier blah blah blah…this is just not me.
This year, I want to really live life to the full and try lots of new things, but we can all get lazy, so I thought what better motivation than a fresh new challenge that I can share with everyone around me.
So what is this challenge? Well this year I want to do as many things as possible for the first time…from baking a rainbow cake, to experiencing a driving lesson, the big things, the small things and the downright crazy things, I want to experience as much as possible, so please do stay tuned for challenge number one which involves an oven, some bright colours and a bucket load of calories woooo!
I hope you guys will enjoy reading these challenges as much as I’m going to enjoy experiencing them. Please do let me know what all your resolutions are (even if you’ve already broken them). Thanks for reading, and heres to the most exciting year yet.
